Slow Meadow's S/T LP debut is a deftly layered recording. It presents a melancholic yet serene tonality. The tracks and their languid flow are wrapped in classical ambient colors. Of note is the gorgeous cello of Aimee Norris and the violin accompaniment of Andy Shelton, Joshua Ello, and Alia Gonzales. Nice introduction. Brilliant debut. Gary Figueroa

Very interesting, multilayered release to open the Whitelab series. It's somewhat of a enigma in my collection, since there's nothing out there quite as similar to this. Or maybe I just don't own a lot of this type of electroacoustic music. Either way, it has a raga-type chant element that is very appealing. Terry Riley in multiple keys, if you will. Strange, but stunning. Mick Buckingham (Muttley SV)
